Price Match Policy for On-Line Purchases

Here at Grossman Furniture, we pride ourselves on offering a wide variety of better home furnishings at great prices supported by outstanding customer service. However, we recognize that we must always be competitive in order to win and keep your business. Therefore we have implemented a Price Match Guarantee for all our products sold online. If you find a lower price online before or after you place your order we will match this amount contingent on the following criteria:

• Grossman Furniture will match any price from any competing website for a period of five business days from the original date of purchase.
• Grossman Furniture is both a brick and mortar store and an online store. We respect our brick and mortar competitors and do not offer price matching against local retail stores and showrooms. Price matching will honored relative to online distributers ONLY.
• Price must be in writing. All fees and charges will be accounted for in calculating your total cost with a competitor. This would include payment terms, shipping costs and level or service, restocking fees and return restrictions.
• Most importantly Grossman furniture is a strict adherent to the policies and minimum advertised price policies mandated by some of our manufacturers and suppliers. Our suppliers are our partners and we do not “cheat” on minimum pricing. Please note however that often the mandate is on advertised price and often a lower price is available in store.

Price Match Policy for In Store Purchases

If you happen to find a lower delivered price we'll do our best to match it or beat it. We can't guarantee that we can meet or beat every price, but we appreciate the opportunity and we'll do our best to get you our lowest price.

• Price match must be for identical items, with the same level of delivery service and for the same payment terms.
• Items must be from an authorized dealer.
• Price must be in writing. All fees and charges will be accounted for in calculating your total cost with a competitor. This would include payment terms, shipping costs, restocking fees and return restrictions.

On the off chance we are unable to beat a price please bear a few things in mind. We are an authorized dealer for every product we sell. We stand behind your purchase and will honor all manufacturer warranties. We have been in business over 80 years at our Old City, Philadelphia location; you can trust us. Our goal is repeat and referral business; we will do everything reasonable to make you happy.
